All Lighting competitive players are selected through a tryout process, as set by NorCal. Tryouts are held in May, with a second one in November this year. Winter Tryouts for our Lightning Competitive teams and our Rising Competitive Development Program

Time: 4:00 - 5:30 PM
November 4th: U7 - U11 Boys
November 5th: U7 - U11 Girls Rained Out
November 6th: Make up day for girls and boys Rained Out
November 7th: U7 - U11 Girls AND Make up day for girls and boys

The Lightning Program is NOT a pay-to-play program. We are a merit-based program, meaning you have to earn your roster spot based on our competitive player criteria. Players are evaluated on these 3 main attributes: mental, tactical, and physical. A player must go through a tryout or an evaluation before joining a Lightning team.
