ABSC Lightning is open to U9–U19 players and offers a complete, year-round soccer experience that supports long-term growth.

The Lightning Competitive Program
A full-year soccer experience with one streamlined registration:
Fall Season (Mid-August to Late November)
• League Play: NorCal Premier League
• Tournaments:
- NorCal State Cup or NorCal Fall Tournament
- ABSC World Cup
- Halloween tournament
- NorCal Spring Tournament
Winter Season (December - February)
• Technical Skills Clinics
• Winter Futsal
Spring Season (March - May)
• NorCal Premier League
• One Spring Tournament
Summer (June - July)
• Team Camp: July 28th - August 8th
• Premier Camps: June to August (*Optional, not included in competitive registration fee)
Additional Program Features • Vetted, Licensed coaches
• Training 3x per week
- Sessions times vary: 4-5:30pm, 5:30-7pm, or 7-9pm
